The College NCC unit of 4 MAH GIRLS BN had 74 cadets in 2009-2010.Among these cadets 11 cadets were in 3 rd year, 24 were in 2 nd year and 39 in the 1st yearof NCC.

During the training year the cadets were  trained by institutional  training & the camp training activities. Under the institutional training various subjects were
covered like map reading, first aid &  nursing , family health, weapon training, physical training & drill. Under the camp training the practical implementation of the institutional subjects was carried out. The cadets were given training in the firing ,Map reading, and first aid and nursing.

Along with the regular annual training camps, cadets also participated in various different camps. 21 cadets attended  the annual training camp at Amravati University. 09 cadets attended ATC camp at VMV, Amravati. 09cadets were trained at the  Armed force medical college, Pune through the MH attachment camp i.e. Army Hospital attachment camp . 4 cadets participated in the National Intergration camp, Mumbai. 2 cadets were nominated for summer camp, while 2 cadets each attended the pre TSC and IGC Camp.

TREE PLANTATION

During the session the cadets not only participated in the NCC activities but were also active in the social activities. Tree plantation was carried out in the college premises. Principal of our college planted the sapling, followed by the cadets.

PULSE POLIO PROGRAME


Cadets also participated in the Pulse polio immunization program at the Irwin
hospital. The cadets helped the government hospital  staff to give polio drops to the children. They also visited & surveyed nearby colonies to bring the children to hospital to immunize them. This shows the zeal of cadets towards the social cause.

RED RIBBON EXPRESS

Our Biyani college cadets were nominated as guides & volunteers for the Red Ribbon express which haulted at Badnera station from 9 th Jan 2010 to 11 th Jan 2010. Red Ribbon express is moving around the country to make  the  people aware
about the AIDS & educate the people for prevention, detection & treatment of disease. Red Ribbon express was welcomed  at the station by Dr. Devising
Shekhavat, Administrative staff of Indian Railways Dept. & the Officers  of Health department.Group commander Amravati Group Col. S.K. Das & Officer in Command, 4 MAH GIRLS BN, Amravati Col. Pote visited the red Ribbon express. They encouraged the cadets to participate in the mission against AIDS. They appreciated the efforts taken by the cadets to explain the audience the causes, effects & preventive measures of the AIDS.

ACHIEVEMENTS


Our college cadets have always been excellent in the academics also. Number of cadets have ranked top  in the HSSC exams. They have topped the pre-medical &
Pre-engineering qualifying exams. For their academic excellence they have been awarded with different scholarships .Cadets Richa Joshi and Cadet Devyani Ambadkar of XII std were honoured with Sahara Scholarship of Rs. 30,000/-each,Cadet Hussaina Mizwan was honoured with Sahara Scholarship of Rs.12,000 and Cadet Simran Khatri  was awarded Rs.6000/- for their best academic performances.

EVALUATION AND RESULT

As the evaluation of the NCC training the “B” & “C” certificate exams are conducted by the Battalion, and The group . 6 cadets appeared for the ‘C’ cert Examination, while 28 appeared for ‘B’ cert examination. The result of the ‘B’ & ‘C’ examination of the college was 100 % and  the cadets cleared the exam with flying colours.
